TICKET DONATION REQUESTS

Rome Little Theatre is happy to consider ticket donation requests to support nonprofit organizations in Rome and the surrounding areas. In exchange we ask for something in return! Have someone from your organization volunteer as an usher, concessions worker, or greeter for one of our productions. Your involvement is a great help to our nonprofit organization and will give you a sense of what it takes to make live theatre happen! Please call our box office at (706) 295-7171 to schedule your time to volunteer. â€‹

Please Note the Following

  • As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we must limit the number of contributions we make each year. Priority will be given to fellow 501(c)(3) organizations whose mission's support arts programming and education, however, all nonprofit organizations are welcome to apply, and will be considered.

  • We can only give once per season to each beneficiary group in order to expand the number of organizations Rome Little Theatre can assist. The beneficiary of your event may have already received a donation from us, since multiple events often benefit a single group.

  • No donations will be made that benefit a specific individual or family.

  • We do not issue monetary donations.

  • Preference will be given to fundraising events.

  • Donations take the form of two vouchers to any RLT mainstage production and must be used within 1 year. Once you receive your vouchers, please call the box office to convert your vouchers into tickets and reserve your seats.

  • No phone calls, please. Only requests submitted via the online form below will be considered.

ROME'S COMMUNITY THEATRE SINCE 1933

Born of the American Little Theatre Movement, Rome Little Theatre is proud to be one of the oldest community theatres in the country.  From its founding in 1933 to its WWII hiatus and its 1956 revival, and from its residencies at the Gordon Theatre and the Maple Street Community Center to its current home at the Historic DeSoto Theatre, RLT is woven artfully into the rich, historical fabric of Rome, Georgia.

For decades, RLT has been committed to entertaining, engaging, and educating our community through the practice and promotion of the theatre arts. Our success is built on the generous contributions of generations of volunteers, donors, and patrons.

Rome Little Theatre presents quality theatrical productions and programs that entertain, inspire, challenge, and contribute to the cultural life of the community.

RLT is an active supporter of the Arts in Rome and Floyd County.

RLT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.
